The combination of stainless steel and aluminum is composed of 5 layers of clad metal: 1 layer of 304 stainless steel (interior), 3 layers of aluminum, and 1 layer of 439 stainless steel (exterior). This multi-layered construction ensures even heat distribution throughout the pot, helping to preserve nutrients and vitamins in your food.
